all my images have alt tags but still tag as fail and also i was tag with broken links when clearly there's no broken link on the page

- The Manual Pass did not work. When adding a reason and submitting it, an ‘error’ message appears. - The QC analysis is inconsistent. When an error occurs in the initial generation and is subsequently updated, a new error may appear.

There is an inconsistency in the Call-to-Action section. On the first run it showed Pass, but on the second run it showed Fail, even though I didn’t change anything.

• All Pages have a Title & Description • All Headings are well Defined - These should be removed or updated because it failed about page titles and description/headings but the provided failed links shows images not about missing page titles and description or headings.

- An issue was flagged due to the repeated use of the same image, such as when it is used as a background. This behavior is normal during website development. - The Headings were flagged though we only followed what's from the copy file

"responsive CSS is missing on all pages" - This is responsive as it's build using SP "there are duplicate images and no evidence of responsive image formats" - there are duplicated images as those images detected we're used as background image throughout the page

The client did not provide any social media links for the first draft. Perhaps we can find a way to exclude this. Nonetheless, it’s a great tool to have.

It only showed up after I re-run after trying to resolve an alt tag flag in the HP.
