ATC 
ATC , the Acoustic Transducer Company, started modestly in 1974, manufacturing custom
drivers for the professional audio industry. All it took was the design of a 12" driver
capable of greater power handling, lower distortion and higher sound pressure levels than
anything on the market to bring Billy Woodman and his company to prominence.
A revolutionary soft dome midrange followed at which point ATC was on its way to
producing complete speaker systems for the home and professional markets. A contract
with Danish Radio eventually allowed for the evolution of active speaker systems for

ATC 
ATC , the Acoustic Transducer Company, started modestly in 1974, manufacturing custom
drivers for the professional audio industry. All it took was the design of a 12" driver
capable of greater power handling, lower distortion and higher sound pressure levels than
anything on the market to bring Billy Woodman and his company to prominence.
A revolutionary soft dome midrange followed at which point ATC was on its way to

with Danish Radio eventually allowed for the evolution of active speaker systems for

ATC 
ATC , the Acoustic Transducer Company, started modestly in 1974, manufacturing custom
drivers for the professional audio industry. All it took was the design of a 12" driver
capable of greater power handling, lower distortion and higher sound pressure levels than
anything on the market to bring Billy Woodman and his company to prominence.
A revolutionary soft dome midrange followed at which point ATC was on its way to

ATC 
ATC , the Acoustic Transducer Company, started modestly in 1974, manufacturing custom
drivers for the professional audio industry. All it took was the design of a 12" driver
capable of greater power handling, lower distortion and higher sound pressure levels than

A revolutionary soft dome midrange followed at which point ATC was on its way to

ATC , the Acoustic Transducer Company, started modestly in 1974, manufacturing custom
drivers for the professional audio industry. All it took was the design of a 12" driver
capable of greater power handling, lower distortion and higher sound pressure levels than
anything on the market to bring Billy Woodman and his company to prominence.
A revolutionary soft dome midrange followed at which point ATC was on its way to
producing complete speaker systems for the home and professional markets. A contract
with Danish Radio eventually allowed for the evolution of active speaker systems for

It wasn't much of a leap from amplifiers for their active speakers to the production of stand

ATC , the Acoustic Transducer Company, started modestly in 1974, manufacturing custom
drivers for the professional audio industry. All it took was the design of a 12" driver
capable of greater power handling, lower distortion and higher sound pressure levels than
anything on the market to bring Billy Woodman and his company to prominence.
A revolutionary soft dome midrange followed at which point ATC was on its way to
